Our Process
A successful manufacturing partnership starts with a process you can count on. At ALZA Group, we coordinate every step, from quoting and order placement through production and delivery, to make doing business with us as straightforward as possible. It’s the ultimate in convenience, backed by our commitment to delivering parts on-time and on-quality.
01 Getting Started
Send us your drawings, models, or even just an idea. Our team will review your requirements, ask the right questions, and identify the best fit across our cutting, forming, and welding capabilities. If there’s a way to make your part easier or more cost-effective to build, we’ll tell you up front.
02 Quote Provided
You’ll receive a clear, detailed quote, usually within 3 business days, with pricing, lead time, and any assumptions spelled out. No guesswork, no surprises. Questions? Your point of contact is a call or email away.
03 Place Order
Ready to move forward? Send your purchase order and we’ll take it from there. We work around your schedule, whether that’s a one-time build, a blanket order, or recurring releases.
04 Order Confirmation
We confirm every order, usually within 72 hours, verifying quantities, revision levels, materials, and your required ship date. A commitment from us is one we plan to keep.
05 Digital Inspection
Before parts go into production, we check that your files, revisions, and specs line up with what you need. Whether its digital drawing review, first-article inspection, CMM, or vision measurement, we’ll catch issues early to protect your schedule and ensure quality.
06 Work In Progress / WIP
Our team moves your parts through our shops on equipment built for precision and speed, including 10+ flat lasers, tube laser cutting, forming, and MIG/TIG welding. Typical lead time for cut parts is 6–10 business days, and we keep you updated if anything changes.
07 Shipping & Delivery
Parts are packaged with care and shipped to arrive on time and ready to use. Need finishing? We’ll coordinate powder coating, painting and more, through a trusted network of partners, so you get finished parts from a single source.
