The Ultimate PA Cutting Shop: Put Your Parts Manufacturing In Trusted Hands

When you need your parts and components cut with precision, it makes sense to work with a PA cutting shop that has expertise in and experience with a wide variety of cutting techniques. At ALZA Group, our team of highly-trained technicians uses state-of-the-art cutting equipment to produce accurate and consistent results every time.

Read on to learn about our wide array of cutting technologies!

Flat Sheet Laser Cutting

Fast and accurate, flat sheet laser cutting is perfect when you need to cut a large quantity of parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper. It offers a high level of consistency and very tight tolerances.

Tube Laser Cutting

3D tube laser cutting offers versatility because the 3D rotating laser head can cut round tube, channel, angle, square tube and open profile stock. It can also cut, bevel, countersink and chamfer all in the same step, so it can save a lot of time and manual effort when producing complex parts.

Oxy Fuel Cutting

In oxy fuel cutting, fuel gas along with oxygen is used to cut metals of varying thicknesses. Our Baykal oxy fuel cutting machine can cut flat sheet metal up to up to 7.87” thick and also tube, channel and other open profile stock.

Water Jet Cutting

Water jet cutting offers a lot of versatility in the types of materials we can cut. It enables us to cut parts from a range of materials from very thin glass to 6″ thick stainless steel. Because water jet cutting produces minimal heat, it can be used on not only metal, but also stone, foam, delicate graphite composites, rubber, plastic and even paper.

Saw Cutting

Believe it or not, in some applications “old school” techniques remain relevant. Saw cutting, which requires some manual labor, is still a good solution when a simple, single cut is needed. But usually one of our other cutting techniques is a much better fit for projects.

Turn To Us For Cutting Expertise You Can Trust

As you can see, we offer a broad range of cutting technologies to help you achieve your parts manufacturing goals. No matter how challenging your project, your deadline, or your budget is, we have the equipment and the expertise in-house to provide the best cutting solution to meet your needs.

Contact us today to talk about your next cutting project and ask us about our design, prototyping, fabrication, and assembly services to seamlessly take your parts from start to finish.
